Academic Request System
The Academics Office received numerous e-mail requests from students for various certificates, reports, and documents, including Transcripts, Grade Reports, English proficiency certificates, and more, often related to visa applications and scholarships. As student programs continued to expand, the administrative processes became increasingly complex and time-consuming for the academic staff. To address this issue, I along with Prakti Saroj, developed the first iteration of Academic Request System (ARS), currently used by 2000+ students of the institute. The Academics Office processes more than 100 requests daily on ARS using a ticketing system.
